We are available also to assist you in examining existing physical and site conditions, determining project needs, and establishing and/or reviewing budget costs. In cases where limited funding sources are a difficulty, we can suggest design options, material selection alternatives, or possibly construction phasing, in order to bring the project within available budgets.

Typical engineering services and tasks which may be expected during a project are: preliminary review and consultation, compilation of site data (survey, topography, soils, utilities),confirmation of project requirements, budget analysis, conceptual design and cost estimate (presented to user for review and approval), technical drawings and specifications, project bidding and contract negotiation, inspection, construction administration, warranty documentation, and final project acceptance.
