SPORTS?
DiGeronimo /DMA is a Professional Design firm, professionally
licensed with over twenty-five years of experience in the
design and construction management of hundreds of specialized
athletic facilities projects. Our clients are primarily
high schools, municipalities, colleges and universities
- as well as a varied assortment of private contracts. We
offer a full compliment of professional services necessary
to successfully plan and construct your athletic project
- from initial site visit, evaluation of needs/budget and
concept design, through final project completion and acceptance.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
DMA/DiGeronimo Associates, is able to provide complete
professional design and construction management services for all
phases of your new or renovated athletic project. We are available
also to assist you in examining existing physical and site conditions,
determining project needs, and establishing and/or reviewing budget
costs. In cases where limited funding sources are a difficulty,
we can suggest design options, material selection alternatives,
or possibly construction phasing, in order to bring the project
within available budgets.

| Typical engineering services and tasks
which may be expected during a project are: preliminary review and
consultation, compilation of site data (survey, topography, soils,
utilities),confirmation of project requirements, budget analysis,
conceptual design and cost estimate (presented to user for review
and approval), technical drawings and specifications, project bidding
and contract negotiation, inspection, construction administration,
warranty documentation, and final project acceptance. |
